Your Ticket Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Ticket within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling a Ticket is 7 Days from the date on which You received the Tickets or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the service delivered.

We will reimburse You within 7 days from the day on which We receive your cancel request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

In order to refund your payment, please make sure that:

  • The service request took place within the last 7 days.

The following service cannot be returned:

  • The service that is made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The services which, according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the threshold date is over.
  • The services which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced service may be refunded. Unfortunately, special discounted service cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Tickets

You are responsible for the cost and risk of refunding the payments. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or lost in the return process. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual mail service. Any occurrence made by unauthorised mail provided by the client will be the full responsibilities of the client. Upside Down Gallery will not bear any kinds of risk and responsibilities regarding this.

Gifts / Offer

If the service was marked as a gift or offer when purchased and then provided directly to you, You'll receive a gift card and a mail to your authorised email address. Once the payment is received, an acknowledgement will also be mailed to You.

If the service wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
